SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
At Noogaa® we endeavour to ensure that the quality of our products sold online reach you in the same condition they left our factory. We however acknowledge that our product is a fragile commodity so please read our terms & conditions before placing your order.
Delivery Terms

Standard delivery (Nationwide) - 5 to 7 working days
At Noogaa® we strive to deliver our online orders in good condition and while we take no responsibility for damaged goods, we do all we can to avoid this happening.
Orders will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of order. If we are out of stock with any items ordered, we will notify you within 3 working days.
Delivery Areas
If you live within remote areas or areas which are not well serviced by Australian Post, delays could be experienced, and standard delivery times may not apply.
Returns
Unless otherwise agreed by us (to our absolute discretion), all our products are sold on a no return basis unless in-line with consumer law:

The products are received in a damaged state sustained during the manufacturing process or

Incorrect products are supplied to you or

The products fall under a product recall.

We cannot accept 'change of mind' returns due to risk of contamination of our product.
If the product delivered is not what you ordered or does not correspond with its description on the packaging or the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality when manufactured, we will at our discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price. In such a case, the purchaser should contact us within 5 days of receipt or collection of the product.
Loss and Damage
Nougat is a fragile commodity and all risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once goods are dispatched. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until such time as the original order has been located and returned to Noogaa®.
Australia Post/couriers will do their best to handle your order with care. However, given the
perishable and fragile nature of your order and the fact that they may not have a fragile parcel
service, Australia Post/couriers cannot take responsibility for products that may have been affected by temperatures and deliveries that have not met their delivery service standards.
